Fast product delivery
Iconic Specialty Coffee is given special attention to our customers when it comes to delivery.

 

When you place an order, we will forward the products to you within two business days. It takes less than 24 hours and a maximum of 3 days from the order for you to receive the package, if you ordered items to address in Slovenia and 7 business days within EU.

Delivery time: 1 - 3 business days for Slovenia. 

Delivery time: 2 - 7 business days for EU.
Delivery costs:

In Slovenia are:  € 2.50

IN EU are: € 9.90


How to get free shipping?
For all online orders in excess of € 40 of product purchase (net amount only for ordered items excluding VAT), the system will give you free delivery on your online order. Free delivery applies only to all online orders in the Republic of Slovenia.

Free shipping does not apply to buyers with special prices and benefits.

Ordered items at www.coffeeiconic.com are on their way in no time. If in stock, usually the same day as long as the online order is placed and confirmed by 2pm.

 

Upon payment on delivery, Pošta Slovenije charges you a fee for the payment of the UPN form. This cost is not included in the purchase price and is not affected.

This means that in case of payment upon receipt, you will pay for the value of the package, the shipping cost and the fee for paying the UPN form according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije.

- purchase price up to 98,00 EUR: commission 1,05 EUR.

- purchase price above 98.00 EUR to 501.00 EUR: commission of 1.07% of the value of the package

- purchase price above 501,00 EUR: commission is 5,36 EUR.

 

Treatment of damaged shipments


If, upon picking up the shipment, you noticed that the item or shipment was physically damaged, lacked content or showed signs of opening, you can file a compensation procedure with Pošta Slovenije. To do this, bring the shipment (packaging + contents) to the Pošta Slovenije as soon as you notice a damaged or looted shipment. Please note in the mail that you need to fill out the Damaged Shipment Record, which you also sign.
